Our Store is hosted by Pangea Webhosting and our cart is secured thru Authorize.Net Servers and thus all your personal information including credit card info is fully secure.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A flat rate shipping charge of $5.95 will be applied to each order shipped to locations within the USA. Overseas orders will be charged the appropriate amount when it has been determined. All of our items are custom knit. We strive to ship orders within 3 weeks of receipt and let the customer know via email exactly when it has been shipped.

If you need a gift by a specific date please note that date on your order. Indicate the date needed and we will do our best to accomodate you. There may be times when shipping has to be upgraded to expedite the delivery of your RUSH order. You will be advised of this by email before the change takes place.

Return of Merchandise

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original condition, for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges). Personalized items are only returnable if defective. If an item is ordered incorrectly by the purchaser we will remake the sweater for a nominal labor and materials charge of $25.00.

Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.

Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.

FREE gift wrapping! Your gift will be wrapped in occasion appropriate paper with a gender appropriate bow, and a free ocassion appropriate gift card with your personalized message. You can record your message at checkout.
