Knitted to order in 100% cotton in the USA. Sizes: Preemie, Newborn, 3–6 months, 6–12 months, 12–18 months, ages 2–4, ages 5–8, and ages 9–12. Knitted hats stretch, so if you're between sizes, take the larger one.
